TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
I was born in England and moved to Perth in 1997. As I grew up, my passion for the sciences, particularly human biology and chemistry deepened and I decided early on to dedicate my life to helping others. Before pursing podiatry, I studied paramedicine and worked in clinical trials for around 5 years, treating various conditions such as malaria, cancer, and various ocular diseases. In 2020, I discovered podiatry which resonated strongly with my career aspirations. I enrolled in a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2021 and have never looked back

WHAT’S MADE YOU CHOOSE PODIATRY AS A CAREER?
I was exposed to podiatry in my previous career working in clinical trials. I was intrigued and studied it and been hooked ever since!
WHAT IS YOUR SPECIAL INTEREST AREA WITHIN PODIATRY?
I’m passionate about diabetic foot health ensuring patients have the best care outcomes and aiding their issues should they arise.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO SPEND A DAY OFF?
Going out to a nice café with my wife before going for a hike and going home to a good movie.

Buying a nice house with a top-tier gym setup to keep crushing fitness goals and support my wife’s Pilates passion. Otherwise buying a new WRX.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I won a trip to Bali when I was 7 years old because I was the very last person to put my ticket in the raffle before they drew the ticket from the very top. Otherwise, I can speak some Japanese and German which I love to have a go and practice when possible
